Return / Cancellation Policy
30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We expect to do things right the first time! If, however, you are not satisfied, let us know and give us the opportunity to put things right. The Heritage Centre policy includes a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on all products, excluding shipping with a 20% cancellation and return fee. As these products are made to order, refunds cannot be issued for items you have previously instructed us to produce, for example giving us the wrong family name or wedding date. However, our first principle will always be the satisfaction of each and every customer.
Guaranteed Authentic Research
The Heritage Centre is now in its 18th year of business and the authenticity of the research is guiding principle of the organisation. We have access to the largest global heraldic database, historical records and manuscripts.
We are based in the heart of England with all its rich sources of information and traditions. Every Coat of Arms we provide is supported by detailed, meticulous analysis of the name's origin, in some cases dating back to the 11th Century. We call this detailed analysis the Family History Document and each one has a written description of the Coat of Arms, the Crest and Motto where available. We will not make up a Coat of Arms that is not supported by this fundamental research. Every Family History Document is signed to confirm and support its authenticity. Note: Family History Document are not personal genealogies.
Important Note
We research each Coat of Arms and Family History Document from a recognized reference source but it should be clearly understood that no direct genealogical connection is intended or implied. Arms have been granted over many centuries to countless thousands of individuals very often including someone of your surname. There is no legal injunction against hanging up any armorial bearings for display, for which purpose they are superbly fitted.
The Law of Arms
The Chief Herald, Dublin, Ireland, The Officer in Waiting (College of Arms), London, and the Lord Lyon King of Arms, Scotland, along with other Heraldic Colleges point out that the Coat of Arms that we provide or mentioned have been granted to a person with the same family name or a variant. We encourage you to display the Coat of Arms with family pride as a work of art. In certain countries, laws of Heraldry are still enforced. If you intend to display these Arms in public, please check with the appropriate governing bodies.
Privacy Policy
